I had quite a mixed experience at the resort. While the location by Soap Lake was lovely and the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, the lack of available amenities like the saunas and some issues with service left a sour taste. Additionally, the cabin was cozy and spacious, which I appreciated. However, I was a bit disappointed with the disorganization during check-in and some outdoor maintenance issues.

The cabin we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a rustic charm that I really liked. It was clean, but not quite what I expected from the pictures online.

I had a mixed experience at the resort. The location is beautiful and offers great access to Soap Lake, plus the outdoor spaces are lovely for relaxing. However, I encountered some significant issues with the service and the condition of the room, which left me feeling disappointed. While the unique décor adds charm, the cleanliness and maintenance really need improvement to make it a more enjoyable stay.

Rooms

The room was quite cozy but needed some serious attention. The small size was manageable, but the cleanliness was questionable, and the decor felt dated.

The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized during check-in, which was frustrating. Accessing amenities was confusing, and I left feeling like my concerns weren't taken seriously.

The resort is ideally located next to Soap Lake, allowing for easy access to its scenic beauty and outdoor activities. The peaceful setting is perfect for a family getaway.
Dining

Dining options were quite limited nearby, which was inconvenient. We did find a nice grocery store close by, but variety in dining would have been welcome.
Facilities

While the facilities had potential, they were underwhelming during our visit. Both saunas were out of service, which was a big disappointment given the spa focus of the resort.

We recently stayed at the lodge near Soap Lake, and while our experience had its ups and downs, we appreciated the unique features and beautiful surroundings. The cleanliness of our room and the relaxing mineral water tub won us over, but we faced some service hiccups and encountered issues with the amenities not being fully operational. Overall, I’d say we had a decent stay but there are areas that could use improvement to fully meet expectations.

My stay at the resort was quite an experience, with mixed feelings overall. The location was beautiful, right near Soap Lake, and the charm of the rustic rooms added character. However, the facilities left much to be desired, particularly the maintenance of the saunas and the chaotic check-in process. The price was decent, but the limitations on amenities made the stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

The room was spacious and had a unique Western decor that made it feel comfortable. However, I found it to be a bit outdated and in need of proper cleanliness.
Service

Nestled right next to Soap Lake, the location is scenic and ideal for those looking to enjoy the outdoors. The peaceful ambiance was a great escape from the hustle and bustle.
Dining

Dining options were quite limited, which was disappointing for a resort. It would be great if more variety was offered for meals.
Facilities

The facilities needed better upkeep; the saunas were out of order, and some areas felt neglected. The beach access had safety concerns due to rusty rebar sticking out.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Soap Lake Natural Spa and Resort! The rooms are charming and filled with unique decor, while the mineral water jacuzzi is a true highlight of the stay. The location next to Soap Lake is beautiful, and the value for the services provided is impressive. However, I did notice some areas could use maintenance, and the cancellation policy is quite strict, which was concerning.
